Training hard

Food is training... Helps make you all fit and buff... helps you climb hills.

Probably should get out on the bike, but that is sort of like work. I like to sleep, eat and watch Godzilla movies. My new aim is to get to 80kgs by Easter.

Harry Potter is good training, teaches you heaps about the subtleties of Quiddich, very important for endurance mountain biking.
